Animal Karma
ANIMAL KARMA is a non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue of ecosystems and species that inhabit them. Mainly supporting felines and great apes, by using disruptive technologies to analyze the behaviour of flora and fauna, correlate their information and make decisions based on it.

Ottawa Humane Society
OTTAWA HUMANE SOCIETY is a registered charity organization dedicated to the care of more than 8,000 sick, injured and homeless animals, providing leadership in animal welfare to help build a compassionate community.
Product delivery
Most orders ship within 2 business days of order. We ship from Ottawa, Canada, so in most cases your domestic shipment will be delivered within 3-5 business days. If you want to receive it in less time, please email or call us and we will try our best to help you. We use Canada Post, unless otherwise noted. Canada Post is fast, reliable, and affordable. We will email you a tracking number when you select your package, whatever the shipping method.
SILVERMEX cannot always provide the availability of our items. If you have ordered an item that is not in inventory or is delayed, we will notify you by email. International Shipping: We do international shipping, but there are a few things you should know. You, as the recipient, are responsible for import taxes owed on the package, which can sometimes be costly. We have no control over this additional cost. Packages will be marked as Atesania / Jewellery. All international orders are shipped via DHL, estimated shipping times after order processing varies by country and customs.
All transactions are considered complete when SILVERMEX verifies that the package has been shipped via DHL and receives an international shipping confirmation number which will be sent to the customer via email. Once the tracking code has been sent, the client should contact the local post office for more information on the status of the package. SILVERMEX IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, stolen or delayed packages. The shipping time varies according to the quantity and availability of the chosen items A confirmation email will be sent with shipping and tracking information once the order has been processed and shipped. SILVERMEX is not responsible for errors in the shipping address provided. The customer must cancel any forwarding charges in this situation.
Return policy
With all care and detail, we always inspect every part we sell, but it may happen that some part looks defective or poorly finished. If any of the parts you buy from us is defective, we will replace it with an identical one. Please contact us immediately to report the failure. We will issue a return authorization, as well as a credit of up to $ 5.50 to refund your return postage, through the Canada Post. Otherwise, if you are disappointed or dissatisfied with your purchase, we will offer you a SILVERMEX credit exchange to use on a future purchase. Please contact us by email within 15 days of original delivery to request a change and give us a description of the problem or a reason for your change. We do not offer refunds, but we will work closely with you to fix it. Items returned for exchange must be unused and in their original condition, or the exchange will be refused. The photos both on the website and on social networks are intended to represent the design of the piece, not the actual dimensions.

If you receive an item that you wish to return for an exchange, we will be happy to accept a return under the following condition:
- The buyer can choose the courier of their choice for shipping, but the buyer is responsible for specifying that the package reaches us, so that we can issue the refund. The most reliable way to accomplish this is to use some type of service that specifies online tracking with proof of delivery. Again, it is at the buyer's discretion which service they would like to use, but SILVERMEX must receive the package before they can issue a refund.
